November 14, 1947: Diary of a Johnstown Housewife

From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Friday - November 14, 1947
I did not do very much this fore noon. We cleaned the refrig- and got dinner. We had vegetable stew. Then after dinner I got ready and went down to Meeks funeral home. Willard Berkebile was burried from there. His body was brought home from over seas. There was a large funeral. I went with Mrs. Blancet and Mr. & Mrs. Davis. Ida is not feeling very good.
